Mirja (Maria Magdalena Catharina) Wark
born
in 1954 in Heerlen, The Netherlands, married to Ide van der Molen,
three grown-up
sons: Bouwe, Tammo and Dillen.
Was educated as an artist handweaver at
the Henri Story Institute in Gent, Belgium, 1984-1987.
Took part in teacher training courses “Lampas,
Samiet and Taquete” and “Weave analysis” by Liban
Pollet in Weaving School De Binding, Utrecht, 1989-1990.
